    Thank you for shopping at Shal Shop! We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

    Returns

    • You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to return any items.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with the tags still attached. The item should also be in the original packaging.
    • Non-returnable items: Custom-designed graphic tees, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

    Refunds

    • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take up to 7 business days to process.
    • Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • You will receive an email confirming your refund once it's processed.

    Exchanges

    • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, please return the original item following the process above and place a new order for the exchange item.

    How to Return an Item

    1. Contact us at shalshopstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
    2. We will provide you with a return address and instructions on how to send your item back.
    3. Please pack your item securely in its original packaging, and return it using a trackable shipping service.
    4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

    Return Shipping Costs

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or damaged.
    • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    Damaged or Defective Items

    • If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund.
    • To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide photos of the damage or defect.
